Lookit! =)
My third attempt with spinning. This pre-drafting thing is REALLY helping out. I don’t want to ply this because I am in love with the colors and don’t want to mangle it with my sorry plying skills. When I’ve spun enough, I’m going to remove it to a holder (been using scrap pvc pipe or empty toilet paper rolls) and spin up a bit of the burgundy roving I still have. I’ll set it as a single ply and try to knit something small with it, to see what it might do. I’ve been told it will “lean” if I try to knit with handspun singles. We’ll see.
Knitting
Yes, there is still knitting going on here.
Progress report on Sesame: up to the elbows with the sleeves.
Cast on: Plain socks, Regia Mini-Ringels
Prep: Wound up two balls of KP Gloss in preparation for Thermal.

The candy cane coloring is really nice! Looks like you’re getting the hang of the spinning.
