I hosted the knitting group potluck at the house tonight, and got some help salvaging some of the yarn from this sweater I knit a while back. I should have knit the smaller size because I didnt’ realize the cotton would grow so much. Ahem, lesson learned there…

I DID IT! I ran my first 5K. It felt awesome. The weather was perfect even if my hands did freeze during the first half of it, the trail was pretty, there were quite a few people, and it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be. I guess that training really worked, huh. [...]
